摘 要:根据电镜观察,结合在两栖类胚胎进行的在体和离体实验的结果,认为,在胚胎发育的早期,"决定"和"分化"两个过程中细胞间的相互关系不同,不但相互作用的细胞类别不同,方式也不一样。在"决定"过程中,主要的影响来自相邻细胞,也就是不同类别的细胞,方式可能是多样的。在"分化"过程中,主要依赖于同类细胞之间的相互影响,间隙连接介导的细胞通讯起主要作用。From the results of electron microscopic observations,together with in vivo and in vitro experiments carriedout with amphibian embryos,it is concluded that the intercellular relationships in the two processes of early development,'determination'and'differentiation',are different. They differ not only in cell types but also in modeof action. In'determination',the main influences come from neighbouring cells,i, e. from cells of different types,and very probably different modes of action are involved. In'differentiation',the main influences are from cells ofthe organ anlage,i, e. from cells of the same type,and intercellular communication via gap junctions play important role.
