摘　　要：介绍了宝钢2030冷轧废乳化油的特点。根据这些特点,通过采用高压静电法破乳和化学精制组合工艺对该废油再生为燃料油进行了有益探索。试验表明,该工艺能有效再生宝钢2030冷轧废油,并符合环保设计要求。In this paper, the characters of the Baosteel 2030mm cold rolling used oil are presented. Based on these characters, investigations on the regeneration of the bunker oil are carried out by use of a combined method including high-pressure static electricity and chemical refining, which is used to break emulsion and purify the oil. The experiments show that this technology can successfully regenerate Baosteel 2030mm cold ,oiling used oil. This technology also conforms to the environmental protection requirement.
