摘 要:以IGF2基因作为控制猪生长性状主基因的候选基因,采用PCR-RFLP方法对7个品种/群体共528头猪进行了NciⅠ酶切位点基因型检测,计算了该位点的基因频率与基因型频率,并对品种间基因型频率进行了x2差异性检验.结合生长性能记录,运用SAS软件分析了IGF2不同基因型对生长性状的遗传效应.结果表明:在杜洛克、长白、大白中,AA基因型比BB基因型生长速率快,生长性能指数高4.06%~8.31%,等位基因A对猪的生长具有正效应.As a candidate gene for major genes relevant to growth and carcass traits in pigs, the genetic variation of IGF2 gene were detected in 528 pigs including 7 groups by means of adopting PCR-RFLP to check the genotype in Nci I restriction locus. Then, both the frequencies of genotype and genes were counted up according to the PCR-RFLP .Furthermore, the difference of genotype frequencies between groups were analyzed by Chi Square Test. At the same time, the genetic effect on growth traits of IGF2 gene was estimated according to their growth data. PCR-RFLP analysis showed that IGF2AA is better than IGF2aa on the growth traits index in Duroc, Landrace and Yorkshire, by 4.06% -8.31%, and allele A has a positive effect on growth speed.
