摘 要:详细的分析了国内外有关蒸馏塔内出现的汽-液-液三相的传质现象,并通过现有的研究成果,一方面总结出了影响塔板效率的多种因素,如流动工况、汽速、油水比、界面张力、表面张力和界面湍动等因素,并着重的阐述了第二液相的存在对塔板效率的影响;另一方面,总结出了汽-液-液三相存在的两种传质途径以及几种合理有效的传质机理;同时总结了蒸馏塔内汽-液-液三相传质的发展现状及前景。Three phase mass transfer phenomenon of the gas - liquid - liquid in distillation tower was analyzed in this paper. Through the existing research results, on the one hand, various factors to influence tower plank efficiency, such as flow regimes, vapor velocity , physical properties of liquid phase, including surface tension, interracial move, interracial tension were introduced, and the volume fatio of oil to water on mass transfer were discussed systematically, the influence of the tower plank efficiency was emphasized when the second liquid phase was present; on the other hand, two kinds of path mass transfer and a few reasonable mechanism of mass transfer effectively were summarized.
