摘　　要：改造了大型建设项目全寿命周期的四阶段划分法,探讨了基于全寿命周期的大型建设项目集成风险管理组织框架模型(LCIRM),并对LCIRM模型的实现模式E-PMC作了探讨。It is suggested in this article that the life cycle of the construction project should be divided into four phases with new definitions. The model named as LCIRM is put forward, which not only extends theories of risk management and project management, but also can be applied with a model named as E-PMC in construction project in China.
