摘　　要：大学生就业问题已成为高校最棘手的社会问题。高校图书馆作为高校重要的教育阵地,应积极采取措施,帮助毕业生走出就业误区,缓解心理压力,配合学校搞好毕业生就业工作。The employment of college students has become one of the toughest social problems. As an important educational institution, the university library should take positive methods to help the college graduates to get rid of the inappropriate concepts about employment and reduce their psychological stresses, so as to take an active part in the college graduates＇ employment.
