摘　　要：介绍了基于OM RON公司CPM IA系列可编程序控制器的步进电机控制系统设计,给出了可编程序控制器控制步进电机电气控制系统的硬件组成和软件设计,包括可编程序控制器输入/输出接线图、梯形图程序设计和步进电机的驱动电路;详细说明了用BCD码拨盘开关控制步进电机步数和速度的方法及可编程序控制器编程软件实现脉冲分配器功能的方法。The design of CPMIA series PLC of the corporation of OMRON in the control system for stepping motor is introduced in this paper. The paper gives the design of hardware and software about the electrical control of stepping motor,which include wiring diagram of I/O,programmable trapezium and the driving circuit of stepping motor, it explicates the ways of stepping motor＇s stepping count and speed in the control of the BCD-code dial switch,and the function of pulse distribution with the programmable soft of PLC.
