摘  要:目的研究白木通藤茎的化学成分。方法通过反复硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20和重结晶的方法分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果分离得到6个化合物,分别为calceolarioside B(Ⅰ),1-O-β-D-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-ethyl-6-O-trans-feruloyl-glucopyranoside(Ⅱ),1-O-β-D-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-ethyl-6-O-trans-caffeoyl-glucopyranoside(Ⅲ),2α,3β-二羟基齐墩果烷-12-烯-28-酸(Ⅳ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅴ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅵ)。结论6个化合物均为首次从本植物中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅰ~Ⅲ为首次从本属植物中分离得到。OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of the stem of Akebia trifoliata (Thunb,) Koidz. var. australis (Diels) Rehd.METHODS The compounds were isolated and purified by recrystallization and column chromatography with silica gel and Sephadex LH - 20. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS Eight compounds were identified as calceolarioside B(Ⅰ), 1-O-β-D- ( 3,4-dihydroxyphenyl) -ethyl-6-O-trans-feruloyl-glucopyranoside (Ⅱ), 1 -O-β-D- (4-hydroxyphenyl) - ethyl-6-O- wans-caffeoyl-glucopyranoside(Ⅲ), 2α, 3β-dihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid(Ⅳ ), daucosterol (Ⅴ), β-sitosterol (Ⅵ). CONCLUSION All compounds are isolated from Akebia trifolicaa (Thunb.) Koidz. vat. australis (Diels) Rehd for the first time and compound Ⅰ-Ⅲ are isolated from Akebiae trifoliata plants for the first time.
