摘　　要：本文介绍了一种低噪声低失真相住调制器的设计方法，对电路进行了具体的分析和设计，给出了主要技术指标的实验结果。This paper introduces a design method of low noise and low distortion phasse modulator.Circuit design is analyzed concretely.Experimenetal results of the main technical specifications are given in the paper.
