胎儿膝关节内侧半月板的增龄性形态学观测

摘　　要：目的：积累国人胎儿内侧半月板的形态学资料以探索其生长规律，同时为以胎儿内侧半月板为供体的移植研究提供数据支持。方法：用解剖学方法对234例3--9个月胎儿内侧半月板进行了形态学观察和测量。结果：获取10项观测数据。结论：胎儿内侧半月板的形态具有交错式的可塑性生长变化特点，其各部分增龄性增长则呈现为非同步的快、慢交替的生长特点。Objective：To accumulate the morphological documents of medial meniscus of fetus and explore its growing rules; also to provide data for medial meniscus of fetus transplantation. Methods： 234 cases medial meniscus of 3 -9 months fetus were observed and measured by anatomical methods. Resul is： 10 items of data were obtained. Conclusions： The growth of medial meniscus of fetus possess the features of interlace and plasticity, and the aging changes of each part of medial meniscus are nonsynchronized and fast-slow alternative.
