摘　　要：区域经济具有内在的属性,其发展受历史、自然、政治和社会等多种因素的综合影响。因此,有必要探索区域经济的属性问题并加以科学界定,有针对性地运用塞尔指标对我国区域经济的差异性及其成因进行实证分析,旨在为国家制定区域经济政策提供一些有益的参考。Regional Economy has its own innate attributes. Its development has been influenced by a variety of factors such as history, nature, polities and society .Therefore, it is necessary to probe in sad limit the boundary of Regional economy. It is also required that we make use of the Theil index in analyzing the Regional Economy in our country .lastly, this essay also attempts to serve government in there action of formulating relevant policies about Regional Economy.
