摘　　要：介绍了亚硫酸氢钠与异氰酸酯预聚体的封闭和解封闭反应,考察了反应温度、溶剂、反应时间、投料方式以及预聚体摩尔比对异氰酸酯封闭反应的影响,同时利用DSC法对封闭型异氰酸酯的解封闭进行研究,并得到具有较低解封闭温度的异氰酸酯封闭产物。The blocking and unblocking reaction of sodium bisulfate and isocyanate prepolymer had been studied in the paper. The influences of reaction temperature, solvent, reaction time, feeding mode and prepolymer molar ratio on blocking reaction of iscoyanate were investigated. The unblocking of blocked isocyanate was also studied by means of DSC and a blocked product of isocyanate with lower unblocking temperature was synthesized.
