摘  要:综述了ABO3钙钛矿型金属氧化物光催化性能的研究进展。主要介绍了化学共沉淀法、超声波共沉淀法、溶胶-凝胶法、水热法、固相研磨法、凝胶浇注法、甘氨酸燃烧法等制备方法及其优缺点。讨论了光催化降解有机污染物、光催化还原CO2制备有机物和光催化分解H2O的反应机理。分析了电荷转移能、B-O的结合能、B原子电负性、A、B原子价态、电子构型、掺杂等因素对催化剂光催化效率的影响。In this paper,the resent research progress of the ABO3 perovskite - type composite oxides were reviewed. Chemical precipitation method,supersonic precipitation method, the sol - gel method, hydrothermal synthesis method, mixed oxide method, gelcasting method, aminoacetic acid combustion method and merits and demerits of ervery preparation methods were ehiefly, introduced. Photocatalytic principles including photocatalysed degradation of organic contaminators principles,photocatalysed reduction of CO2 principles and photcoatalysed split water principles were discussed, and factors of photocatalytic influence including charge transfer energy,B - O bonding energy,B atom electrongativity、valence of A and B atom,electronic conformation and doping were also discussed.
