摘 要:采用氰氧稳定自由基聚合技术合成了苹乙烯和2-乙烯吡啶嵌段共聚物(PS—b—P2VP),用凝肢渗透色谱(GPC)表征了聚合物的分子量及其分布,用红外光谱表征了其结构,结果表明,在氮氧稳定自由墓(HTEMPO-)存在下,用过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)引发苯乙烯聚合,当[HTEMPO·]/[BPO]配比为1.8/1时为最佳比例,在此比例下所制备聚合物PS的分子量分布在1.17~1.36范围内;再将该聚苹乙烯溶于2-乙烯吡啶,在(130±2)℃时可以继续引发2-乙烯吡啶的聚合反应,且2乙烯吡啶的聚合反应具有“活性”聚合的特征,共聚物的分子量分布范围在1.16~1.35内,分子量在12930~19670g/mol范围。红外谱图说明共聚物为嵌段共聚物。In this paper, a series of polystyrene and polystyrene-block-poly(2-vinylpyridine) (PS-b- P2VP) were synthesized by using nitrogen-oxide stabilization free radical polymerization initiated by benzoyl peroxide (BP0) in the presence of 4-hydroxyl-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-oxyl-1 (HTEMPO·). The molecular weight and polydispersity of polystyrene and PS-b-P2VP were characterized by gel perme- ation chromatography (GPC),the structure of them were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Experimental results showed that the best ratio of HTEMPO· to BPO is 1.8/1 and the molecular polydispersities of synthesized polystyrene is in the range of 1.17 to 1.36 under this ratio. Sequentially this "polystyrene" can initiate the polymerization of 2-Vinylpyridine under (130 ± 2)℃ after being dissolved in 2-Vinylpyridine and the polymerization of styrene has "Living" nature. The molecular weight of this copolymer is between 12 930 g/mol and 19 670 g/mol and its polydispersities is between 1.16 and 1.35. It's proved to be block copolymer by infrared spectroscopy.
