摘　　要：针对我国高等医药院校科技项目知识产权管理中存在的问题,就强化知识产权意识、健全知识产权管理制度、加大对知识产权保护的投入、将知识产权保护纳入科研管理的全过程及如何加强科技项目知识产权管理等方面提出了相应的措施。Aiming at the problems in information property right management of science ＆ technology projects in higher medical institutions, this paper makes some corresponding suggestions on strengthening awareness of information property fight, constructing management system of information property fight, further protecting information property fight, putting information property right protection into the complete process of scientific research management, and how to reinforce information property fight management of science ＆ technology projects etc.
