红外成像导引头旋转变压器信号处理算法的改进

摘　　要：根据旋转变压器的原理,本文对红外空空导弹成像导引头中所用的旋转变压器的解调算法作了改进。通过设计的一套硬件电路替代解调模块,并配合软件解调算法来处理旋转变压器信号。通过对旋转变压器信号设置一个处理的有效阈值,A/D采样后送往中央处理单元DSP的旋转变压器信号经过一个滤波环节,可以有效地滤除信号中的噪声,简化了旋转变压器信号处理的算法。在不同的环境温度下验证该算法的稳定性,证明了该算法简单可靠,达到了很好的效果。According to the principle of resolver transmitter, the demodulation algorithm improvement of resolver transmitter used in the IR imaging seeker of air-to-air missile is discussed in this article, and a new circuit is used to replace the demodulation module and the signal of resolver transmitter is processed by software demodulation algorithm. By setting a effective threshold for resolver transmitter signal, which is sampled by a A/D and is sent to Digital Signal Processor （ DSP）, noise in the resolver transmitter signal is filtered, the stabilization of the algorithm in the different temperature is verified. The results show that this processing algorithm of rcsolver transmitter signal is simplified to improve the accuracy of the sample.
