摘　　要：结合中医药的历史发展与现状,说明在探讨复杂生命现象时,蛋白质组学技术在对机体的整体性认识与中医理论上的认识有一定的趋同性,显示了两者结合的必然性和重要性,从蛋白质组学在揭示中医证候研究、中药作用机理研究、中药药效评价方面的作用,说明将蛋白质组学技术应用于中医药现代化研究,对于加快传统中医药与现代生命科学技术的结合,推动中医药现代化、国际化必将产生重大影响。With analysis of the history and actuality of Chinese medicine and herb,this paper conclude that technique of Proteomics have the approximate understanding with that of Chinese medicine theory in organism when faced with complicated life phenomena.Such cognition imply the inevitability and significance of their combination.Proteomics display its power in investigation of syndrome,in exploring of Chinese medicine mechanism and in appraise effect of Chinese medicine.Applying technique of Proteomics in the study of traditional Chinese medicine would be of great significance for facilitating the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and modern biological science and technolgy,and for promoting the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine.
