补髓生血颗粒加全反式维甲酸对低增生性骨髓增生异常综合征CD^(34+)影响的临床研究

摘  要:目的:探讨补髓生血颗粒剂加全反式维甲酸对低增生性骨髓增生异常综合征患者CD34+细胞表达水平的影响。方法:流式细胞技术检测骨髓CD34+细胞表达水平。结果:58例MDS患者骨髓细胞CD34+细胞的表达高于正常(1.00±0.12),经治疗病情缓解后维甲酸组CD34+细胞的表达水平较前有所降低(0.98±0.08),补髓生血颗粒联合维甲酸组CD34+细胞的表达水平则较前明显降低(0.93±0.07),程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:(1)患者骨髓CD34+细胞的表达率明显升高;(2)补髓生血颗粒加全反式维甲酸对CD34+有调节作用,且优于单纯西药组。Objective:This article discussed the clinical effectweness of Busuishengxue Granule to Myelodysplastic Syndrome(abbreviated as MDS)patients,and observed the difference in expression level of CD34^+ cell in MDS patients before and after treatment.Method:This experiment explored the expression level of bone marrow hematopoietic cell CD34^+ with flow cytometer method(FCM).RESULT:TThe expression level of bone marrow hematopoietic cell CD34^+ cell in MDS patients was high than that of the normal group(1.00±0.12).There was no significant difference in both expression levels between experimental group and contral group.After treatment the expression level in two groups were low to different extend.The descendent in experimental group was superior to that in contral group(P<(0.05)).Conclusion:1.There was abnormal expression of bone marrow CD34^+ cell in MDSpatients.2.Busuishengxue granule can adjust the expression of expression level of marrow mononuclear cellCD34^+to improve hematopoiesis in bonemarrow.
