摘 要:对常温条件下生活废水短程硝化反硝化生物脱氮进行了研究.结果表明,在常温(25℃),pH>8.5时,通过提高进水氨氮质量浓度可以使亚硝化率达到80%以上.还对反应过程中pH的变化规律进行了研究,探讨了短程脱氮与全程脱氮相互转化的界面条件,得出游离氨对硝酸菌产生抑制的质量浓度为0.724 mg/L,大于该值时会抑制硝酸菌的生长,而对亚硝酸菌不产生抑制作用.Some studies on shortcut nitrification-denitfification of domestic wastewater at normal temperature are performed in this experiment. It is found that under the condition of temperature at normal temperature (25 ℃) and pH 〉 8.5, the average rate of nitrosation is above 80% through increasing the mass concentration of influent ammonia. The mutative rule of pH is also studied in the reaction and the regular pattern is found. The pH alteration was a clear indicator of shortcut nitrification-denitfification reaction progress. According to the rule of pH alteration, the automation in shortcut nitrification-denitrification reaction can be realized. The boundary condition of transformation between shortcut nitfification-denitrification and nitrification-denitrification is investigated. The mass concentration of free ammonia restraining ammonium oxidizing bacteria is 0.724 mg/L. When the concentration is higher, the growth of ammonium oxidizing bacteria will be restrained, but with no restraining on nitrite oxidizing bacteria.
