原络通经针法治疗皮质下动脉硬化性脑病的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺治疗皮质下动脉硬化性脑病(SAE)的临床疗效。方法:将40例患者随机平均分为两组,治疗组采用针刺加西药都可喜治疗,对照组单纯服用都可喜。治疗60天后采用神经功能评分、长谷川痴呆量表(HDS)、P300进行评价。结果:治疗组总有效率为85%,对照组为55%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗后HDS测定表明两组间有显著性意义(P<0.01);原络通经针法联合都可喜治疗,可使SAE患者P300的潜伏期缩短,波幅升高,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:针药结合治疗SAE病具有很好的疗效,优于单纯药物治疗。Objective: To probe therapeutic effect of acupuncture therapy on subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy(SAE).Methods: 40 cases of SAE were evenly divided into two groups,a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group were treated with acupuncture plus duxil and the control group were treated with duxil.After treatment of 60 days,the therapeutic effects were assessed with neurological scores,HDS,and P_(300).Results:The total effective rate was 85% in the treatment group and 55% in the control group.And the difference of the clinical effects between the two group was obvious(P<0.01).After the treatment there were significant differences in the HDS score(P<0.01).The combination of 'Yuanluo Tongjing' acupuncture therapy and duxil might shorten the P_(300) peak latency of SAE patients but heighten the amplitude,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion: The combination of acupuncture with duixl is better than simple duixl in therapeutic effect on SAE.
