摘　　要：随着我国城市社会经济的发展,城市餐厨垃圾的产生量持续增长,其安全回收和处置日益引起公众和社会的关注。以上海市为例,分析了上海城市餐厨垃圾产生以及回收处置的现状,探讨了城市餐厨垃圾处置闭路循环体系的建立,为国内其他城市餐厨垃圾的管理提供参考。Based on an investigation into the kitchen trash disposal in the city of Shanghai,this paper analyses the problems involved in kitchen trash collection and disposal,underlining the recycling system as the way out of coping with the pressing trash issues.Comments and suggestion are put forward with respect to improvement of administrative management and marketization in urban wastes disposal in order to build up a recycling system.
