人本图书馆学构想

摘　　要：本文将“知识和组织的关系问题”拟定为图书馆哲学基本问题,并将这一原理引入图书馆历史领域,阐明“人本图书馆学”是关于图书馆历史发展的最一般规律的科学,是一门全新的人文图书馆学学科,并论述了人本图书馆学基本内容和创立的意义。The relation between knowledge and organization is chosen being discussed as the fundamental problem of library philosophy, and this idea is induced to library history. It is also be clarified in this article that ＂humartistic library science＂ is the science that reflected the most common rule in the course of development＇, of library history, and this is a brand new branch of subject in humane library science. It is discussed as well in this article the basic content of humanistic library science and the meaning of establishing this subject.
