浅谈价值工程在高校图书馆中的应用

摘　　要：价值工程是一种广为世界各国采用的现代化思想方法与管理技术。论文简述了价值工程的基本原理与高校图书馆的基本功能。在此基础上,论述了科技情报收集服务中价值工程思想,图书馆人员配置的价值工程,指出提高有限科技文献资源的利用率的几种途径。The value engineering is a modem medaod of tltinking and management technology that was widely used in the world. The basic theory of value engineering and function of library was discussed. On the basis, the value engineering thinking in the service of scientific and technological information collecting and value engineering of manning in library was discussed. The ways of improving the coefficient of utilization of literature of science and technology were indicated.
