国际化进程中高校图书馆采访工作新理念

摘　　要：本文针对高校图书馆采访工作呈现出的文献载体形式多样化、信息海量化、发行方式多元化等的新特点,从建立图书采访质量管理体系、学科采访馆员制以及采访工作业务流程重组等几方面出发,阐述了高校图书馆采访工作的新理念。During the internationalization progress, a series of new characteristics have been presented on acquisition work of academic library, such as multi-style literature carriers, mass information, multi-style emission and so on. From the points of the setup of complete library acquisition system, subject acquisition librarian rule and business process reengineer, the paper discusses the new eonceptious of library acquisition work.
