摘 要:试验基于无石灰性潮土26 a的长期定位试验,在12个不同施肥处理CK,N1,N2,M1,M1N1,M1N2,M2,M2N1,M2N2,NP2K,N2P和N2K中,于2002年,2003年,研究了冬小麦—夏玉米轮作中土壤微生物、土壤动物的数量状况。结果表明:长期单施有机肥及其配施无机化肥,能显著增加土壤细菌、真菌和放线菌的数量,明显提高土壤动物蜱螨类、弹尾类、线虫类的数量,土壤动物弹尾类、线虫类与土壤有机质、有效磷、碱解氮呈极显著正相关;蜱螨类与土壤有机磷、速效钾呈极显著正相关;与土壤碱解氮呈显著正相关。表明它们可作为评价土壤肥力性状、土壤环境质量的生物学指标。This study was conducted based on the 26 year position-fixed experiments of non-calcareous fluro-aquic soil, during two years of 2002 and 2003, 12 treatments were designed: CK, N1, N2, M1, M1N1, M1N2, M2, M2N1, M2N2, NPK, NP and NK. Numbers of soil microbe and soil animal numbers in winter wheat and summer corn rotations were measured. Results indicated that both the amount of bacteria, epiphyte and actionmyces sharply and the amounts of acarina, collembolan and nematode were increased by application of organic fertilizer and the combined application of inorganic fertilizer with organic fertilizer for a longtime. Soil animal collembolan and nematode were significantly related to soil organic material and available phosphorous and available nitrogen. Acarina was significantly related to soil organic phosphorous, available potassium and available nitrogen. It indicated that they can be used as the biological indices of soil fertilization properties and quality.
