摘　　要：佐剂能够增强疫苗的免疫效果,已经在多种疫苗研究中使用佐剂。但在生产过程中,佐剂的使用受到一定的限制。限制因素包括安全性,作用机理研究相对落后,免疫途径多样化,佐剂诱导不同的免疫应答类型,效果评价方法不统一,以及自身的物理化学性状的不稳定性等问题。Adjuvants were able to enhance the immuogenicity of the vaccine and had been used in the many kinds of vaccines. But they were limited in application in some degree. Several factors that limited use of adjurvant were as followings：sure safety was one of the major factors; study of the mechanism fell behind; The routes of immunization of the vaccine were different; The adjuvants induced the different immune responses; The methods that envaluated efficacy were not be uniformed and sell-characteristic of compounds used as adjuvants were not steady. Those factors limited potentially the use of new adjuvants.
