摘 要:本文报道健康成人外周血细胞成分中Cu/Zn SOD的放免分析结果,红细胞Cu/Zn SOD定量为37.88±9.60ng/10~6。淋巴细胞和多形核白细胞Cu/Zn SOD,浓度分别为335.00±120.50/及189.43±139.67/10~6细胞。淋巴细胞Cu/Zn SOD量>多形核白细胞,此结果同其他作者研究正常人外周血淋巴细胞SOD-1活性>多形核白细胞相符合,表明血细胞中SOD-1活性与其克分子数相关。本文还就红细胞,淋巴细胞及多形核白细胞SOD-1的生物学特性及其在某些疾病过程中的异常变化,作了简要论述。This report describes a Radioimmunoa say for the Quantitation of Cu/Zn superoxide dismutae(SOD-I)in some morphotic components of human peripheral blood. A content of 37.88±9.60ng /106 cells was determined in normal erythrocytes. A Cu/Zn SOD concentration of 335.00±120.50 ng and 189.43±139. 57ng was estimated in 106 lymphocytes and 106 polymorphonuclear cells respectively. The concentration of Cu/Zn SOD in lymphocytes is greater than that in polymorphonuclear cell This result is in agreement with the Cu/Zn SODactivity in lymphocytes from hnman peripheral blood which is considerably higher than that in polymorphonuclear cells found by other authers. It shows that Cu/Zn superoxide dismutase activity in blood cells is correlated with the molecules of Cu/Zn SOD. Also, the biological properties of SOD-1 in erythrocytes, lymphocytes and polymorphonuclear cells as well as the abnormal change of hematocyte Cu/Zn SOD in various pathological process are described in this report.
