摘　　要：鉴于未成年人犯罪在犯罪心理、犯罪原因及犯罪后的矫正等方面的特殊性,对未成年人犯罪应当尽量适用缓刑。我国刑法中的缓刑考察制度存在诸多缺陷。应当针对未成年人犯罪的特点,结合当前正在进行的社区矫正试点工作,完善我国刑法中的缓刑考察制度。Nonage crime is quite different from adult crime in criminal phsycology, criminal causes and the correction after crimes,so the application of the probation to it shoud also be different. The application condition of the probation to the nonage crime should be loosend and the probation to the nonage crime should be applied to the best. The probation investigation system in our criminal law has many defects, and it shoule be perfected according to the characteristics of the nonage crime, combined with the communitv correction heine held recently.
