切吸术治疗腰椎间盘突出症82例的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨腰椎间盘突出症的患者在施行经皮穿刺腰椎间盘切吸术(PLD)术后3个月￣10年的疗效观察和随访结果。方法:对82例腰椎间盘突出症患者术前严格掌握PLD病例的适应症。结果:经过PLD病例术后3个月￣10年的随访观察,优:75%,良:20%。结论:PLD术治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种安全有效的微创治疗技术。Objective To explore the curative effects and follow-up visit results of PID patients 3 months to 10 years after operation. Methods The indication of 82 PID patients was grasped strictly before surgery. Results After 3-month to 10-year follow-up visit and observation of these patients, advanced rate is 75% ,good rate is 20%. Conclusion The PLD is a safe and effective mirco-wound treatment technology to PID patients.
