摘　　要：目的:研究生理盐水间断冲洗静脉预防5-氟尿嘧啶持续泵入所致静脉炎的效果。方法:将60例使用自动缓释泵静脉输注5-氟尿嘧啶的患者随机分为两组各30例,实验组每天生理盐水250ml间断冲洗,对照组化疗结束后生理盐水250ml一次性冲洗。结果:实验组静脉炎发生率及严重程度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:生理盐水间断冲洗对预防5-氟尿嘧啶持续泵入所致静脉炎效果显著。Objective To study the efficacy of the prevention of phlebitis caused by continuously-pumped 5-Fluorouracil through intermittently douching normal saline. Methods 60 patients were divided into two groups randomly , and they were continuously administered 5-Fluorouracil through automatic slow-released pump by intravenous injection. In the experimental group, the injected vein was douched with 250ml normal saline every day; in the control group ,the vein was douched with 250ml normal saline for only once after 5-Fluorouracil treatment. Results The incidence and seriousness of phlebitis in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Efficacy of the prevention of phlebitis caused by continuously-pumped 5-Fluorouracil through intermittently douching normal saline was significant.
