摘　　要：目的:探讨CCU(冠心病重症监护病房,以下简称CCU)病人对限制陪护心理反应及对患者康复的影响。方法:将住院CCU患者随机分观察组(不限制陪护)和对照组(只在规定时间内探护)分别于同一时间进行问卷调查,比较两组心理反应程度及康复情况。结果:观察组抑郁、焦虑明显好于对照组(P<0.01),住院日短于对照组。结论:重视CCU住院患者心理反应,鼓励陪护可减轻患者心理压力,更好配合治疗。Objective to study the influence of limited nursing care on patients in coronary heart diseases intensive care unit. Methods The patients were divided into two groups in a radom, observing group （patients in this group can be taken care of by relatives at any time） and control group （patients in this group can be taken care of by relatives in limited time）, and to study the difference of psychological reaction and recovery between two groups by questionair. Results Recovery and psychological reaction of the observing group were obviously better than that of the contral group. （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Paying more attention to psychological reaction of patients can help patients relieve psychological pressure and recover quickly.
