摘　　要：目的:研究一种拟青霉菌丝体烘干粉(OHP)的镇静催眠作用。方法:采用自发活动仪记录法、小鼠走动时间和举双肢法、阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠诱导小鼠睡眠法观察受试药的镇静催眠作用。结果:OHP可抑制小鼠的自发活动;缩短小鼠入睡潜伏期,延长小鼠睡眠持续时间。结论:OHP具有一定的镇静催眠作用。Objective To study ovendry power of Hyphostroma from Paecilomyces （OHP） in mice as sedative and hypnotic. Methods To observe the different effects of the ovendry power of Hyphostroma from Paecilomyces on spontaneous activity with the movement counter and to record the moving time,the number of mice to raise forelimbs.To observe the Ovendry power of Hyphostroma from Paecilomyces in mice treated with a subthreshold dose of pentobarbital. Results The ovendry power of Hyphostroma from Paecilomyces could significantly inhibite the spontaneous activity,shorten the sleep latency,prolong the duration of sleeping in mice treated with subthreshold dose of pentobarbital. Conclusion The ovendry power of Hyphostroma from Paecilomyces possess the effects of sedative and hypnotic.
