摘　　要：《治安管理处罚法》第六十七条规定了引诱、容留、介绍卖淫的行为,正确理解其客观表现形式,解决认定中的棘手和难点问题,对正确区分违法与不违法、违法与犯罪有着重要意义。Punishment in respect to management of public security prescribes in Article 67 the behavior of inducing, taking in and introducing prostitution. A proper understanding of its objective representation is of great significance to solve the difficult problems in determination and to properly classify what is breach of law and what is crime.
