摘 要:目的查明广东省鼠疫疫源地静息期小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌在啮齿动物感染和自然环境中分布情况。方法采集鼠回肓部內容物378份、菜市摊位污水200份和猪场猪粪200份各分别放入改良PBS缓冲液中,置4℃增菌3周,经KOH溶液处理后,涂布IN培养基;蚤类直接拉胃接种IN培养基,置28℃ 24h,挑取可疑菌落鉴定。结果从鼠、猪粪、蚤分别检出小肠结肠炎菌9、50和1株。结论广东省鼠疫疫源地內静息期啮齿动物小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌携带率偏低,而在局部地区猪携带率很高,已造成流行。Objective To survey the distribution of Yersinia enterocolitica of plague in silent period in rodents and natural environment in Guangdong Province. Methods The contents of routine ileoceeal part , sewages colleted from some stalls in food markets and droppings in pigsty were sdparately put into modified PBS and ertriehed for 3 weeks at 4℃ and then made smears on IN medium after treatment with KOH solution ; the stomach ground of flea was taken and directly inoculated in IN medium ,and then the suspeeted eolony was picked out and identified 24 hours after treatment at 28℃. Results The strain 9,50 and 1 of Yersinia entericolitica were deteeted from rodent and pig droppings and flea. Conclusion The Yersinia entericolitica - carrying rate of rodents in silent period of plague focus, but the Yersinia entericolitica - carrying rate in pigs is high in some areas. Thus effeetive confrol measures be taken.
