摘　　要：目的制定HIV抗体初筛实验室质控方法,防止误检和漏检,提高各初筛实验室检测结果的准确性。方法通过发放考核样品及调查问卷的方式对HIV检测技术和实验室规范化管理进行考评。结果 15家实验室参评,成绩优秀的1家(占6．7％),成绩良好的12家(占80％),成绩及格的2家(占13．3％)。结论全市初步形成艾滋病检测实验室网络,并逐步向规范化靠拢,目前基本能满足本市艾滋病检测的需要。Objective To enhance the technology level of the laboratory workers and reducing test errors and missing rate for accurately initial screening detection of HIV/AIDS. Methods The technique in HIV test and standardized management of laboratory were assessed through questionnaire survey and assessment samples. Results Out of the 15 laboratories assessed, one laboratory was excellent（6.7 % ）, 12 were good （80%）, 2 were qualified （13.3 % ）. Conclusion Laboratory network for HIV/AIDS test has been preliminarily established and the level of standardized management has been improving, thus it can meet the need for / HIVAIDS test in this city.
