惠州市直属医疗保健机构消毒质量监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解本市属各级医疗保健机构消毒质量情况。方法对本市直属医疗保健机构消毒质量进行监测分析。结果 2004年消毒质量监测总合格率为87．40％。无菌器械浸泡液和空气细菌含量合格率较低,分别为72．66％和71．98％,市、县(区)、乡(镇)、个体诊所四级医疗保健机构合格率分别为88．68％、88．26％、84．62％、87．89％。结论加强医务人员消毒卫生知识培训,提高医疗机构消毒质量,防止医院感染事故发生。Objective To understand the sterilization quality in medical care bodies in Huizhou City. Methods The sterilization quality in medical care bodies in this city was monitored and analyzed. Results The total qualification rate of sterilization was 87.40% in 2004. The qualification rates of sterile utensils and low to be 72.66% and 71.98%, respectively. The qualification rates in the four levels of medical care bodies of City, County（district）, township and private clinics were 88.68%, 88.26%, 84.62% and 87.89 %, respectively. Conclusion The work of training of workers in medical care bodies be strengthened to prevent from the occurrence of infections.
