空肠、结肠弯曲菌感染

摘  要:空肠/结肠弯曲菌主要引起人类急性肠炎,它已成为世界范围内腹泻的重要病原菌。本文报道了1988年1~10月在西德汉诺威地区对9845份肠道感染患者大便标本的弯曲菌检查,共分离出271株弯曲菌(2.8%)。对其中115株用马尿酸水解试验鉴定亚种,空肠弯曲菌为73株,结肠弯曲菌为42株,检出率仅次于沙门氏菌感染。发病年龄以21~30岁为主。儿童感染症状较重,主要症状为腹痛、腹泻及含有大量白细胞的粘液血便。用微量稀释法对100株空肠/结肠弯曲菌的抗生素药敏测定,结果是多数菌株对青霉素、半合成青霉素耐药,对红霉素、四环素,氯霉素均敏感。The Present Paper reports the isolation of 271(2.8%) strains of Campylobacter from 9845 fecal specimens of acute diarrhea in BRD Hannover during January 1988 to Sentember. Of 271 strains isolated 115 strains were determined by Hippurate hydrolysis and it was found that 73 strains were Campylobacter SS. jejuni and 42 strains Campylobacter SS. coli. The results indicated that Campylobacter was the Predominant enteric Pathogen ranking next to Salmonella. The incidence occurred mainly between the ages of 21-30. The infection in children muy develop a severe abdominal pain and grossly bloody stool with large numbers of leukocytes. In the Susceptibility test with Campylobacter ejuni/coli to 18 antibiotics, Tetracycline, Erythromycin, Chloramphenicol, Gentamycin and Acetylspiramycin were shown to be capable of markedly inhibiting the growth of 100 strains, while most of the strains tested were resistant to Penicillin and Cephalothin.
