摘　　要：借助"时间—成本平衡函数",研究了研发投入中的资源替代性问题,认为"时间成本平衡函数"中的成本对时间的弹性η可以用来衡量研发投入中的资源替代性。并且利用问卷收集的企业数据,对我国电子信息产业研发投入中的资源替代性进行了实证研究,得到了我国电子信息企业的各类研发项目(类的划分以项目投入时间为标准)的时间—成本平衡函数具体形式,以及成本对时间的平均弹性。Employing the time-cost tradeoff function, this paper studies the resource substitution of technoL ogy efforts. The elasticity of cost with respect to time is used to label the substitution of technology efforts. After a detaileel analysis of firm level data of China＇s electronics and information industry, this paper gets the form of time-cost tradeoff function in R＆D, based on the function form, this paper finds out the elasticity of cost with respect to time.
