摘  要:工业生产中广泛应用电阻加热炉温度控制,传统的采用全通和全断的简单控制方法,难以保证炉温控制精度。根据电加热炉恒温控制的特点和要求,本文介绍了由PLC控制、三相可控硅供电的三态高精度恒温控制系统。该系统炉温调控方便、可靠、精度高。且具有通用性和良好的运行稳定性。The traditional temperature control in electrical resistance furnaces used in the industrial production employ the simple full open and close method which is difficult to guarantee the precision of temperature control. Based on the characteristics and requirements of temperature control in electrical heating furnace, a tristate PLC temperature control system in which power is supplied by a three phase silicon controlled rectifier is introduced. The system can control temperature convenient, reliable and accurate and has the universal character and good stability during operation.
