摘　　要：根据鼠疫耶尔森菌Ⅲ型分泌系统和大肠杆菌鞭毛系统中已知蛋白,以NCB I/B last软件搜索问号钩体全基因组中与之高度同源的蛋白;用TMHMM-2.0对所得蛋白跨膜区进行分析;用In terpro对所得蛋白结构域进行分析,初步整理出问号钩体Ⅲ型分泌系统组成,发现10个被注释为鞭毛系统的相关基因和Ⅲ型分泌系统有关,并和鼠疫耶尔森菌Ⅲ型分泌系统相关蛋白有较高同源性。6个为跨内膜蛋白,4个为胞内蛋白,并共同组成Ⅲ型分泌系统的内膜孔道,但没能发现组成外膜孔道的蛋白组分。问号钩体Ⅲ型分泌系统与鞭毛组装系统共用相同的部分组分,但钩体Ⅲ型分泌系统和经典Ⅲ型分泌系统有一定程度的差别:它缺乏外膜孔道结构,且分泌产物先进入胞周间隙。Using Type Ⅲ secretion system related proteins in Yersinia pestis as models to search for their counterparts in Leptospira interrogans serovar lai with the tools of NCBI/Blast. Using the TMHMM-2.0 to analyze the transmembrane structures and using Interpro to analyze the important domain of these proteins. 10 genes have been found to he related to the type Ⅲ secretion system in Leptospira interrogans serovar lai. All of these genes have already been annotated as components of the flagella system and have high homogeneity to their counterparts in Yersinia pestis. 6 of them are transmemhrane proteins and the other 4 are proteins in the cytoplasm. These 10 proteins can make up an inner membrane apparatus of Type Ⅲ secretion system in Leptospira interrogans serovar lai. But no outer membrane apparatus related protein has been found. Type Ⅲ secretion system in Leptospira interrogans serovar lai shares some of the same components with the flagella system. But it is different from the classical Type Ⅲ secretion system because Type Ⅲ secretion system in Leptospira interrogans serovar lai is lack of outer membrane apparatus. Then the toxin is firstly secreted into the space between outer membrane and inner membrane.
