摘  要:目的:研究电针对家兔视网膜中几种神经递质的影响,深入探讨针刺影响视觉功能的机制。方法:电针家兔合谷穴及太溪穴15min后,立即处死,低温下取出视网膜,采用氨基酸自动分析,测定视网膜中谷氨酸、甘氨酸、天门冬氨酸。采用Ellman改良法测定胆碱脂酶。结果:针刺太溪穴可以使L—谷氨酸的释放增加,针刺合谷穴释放减少,两者比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01),太溪穴与正常组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);针刺太溪可以使天门冬氨酸的释放增加,针刺合谷使释放减少,两者间有极显著性差异(P<0.01),但分别与正常比较无差异(P<0.05)。甘氨酸和胆碱酯酶活性的变化各组间变化不大。结论:针刺可以引起视网膜神经递质的变化,同时这种针刺效应具有相对的穴位特异性。AIM: To innvestigate the effects and mechanisms of electric acupuncture on the neumtransmitters of the rabbit retina and the visual function. METHODS:The Hegu point and Taixi point were stimulated for 15min, animals were sacrificed immediately and the retina were isolated under low temperature. The Glu, Gly, r-GABA of the retina were analysed by amino acid analysator and the cholinesterase were determined by Ellman method. RESULTS: The L-Glu increased after stimulating the Taixi point, while the L-Gly decreased while sitmulaUng the Hegu point, the difference between them was very remarkable (P〈0.01). When comparing the group of Taixi point with the normal group, the difference was significant (P〈0.05). Stimulating the Taixi point increased the Asp releasing, while stimulating the Hegu point decreased the Asp, the difference was remarkable (P〈0.01). However, when comparing them separately with the normal group, the differences was not remarkable (P〉0.05). The levels of Gly and cholinesterase changed slightly in each group. CONCLUSION: Electric acupuncture can induce the change of neurotransmitters in the rabbit retina, the effects are point specified.
