摘　　要：返贫困问题是农村反贫困开发实践最突出的矛盾和问题,反返贫困已经成为新阶段反贫困的重要内容。返贫困问题是一个涉及多方面的比较复杂的问题。返贫困问题虽然不是反贫困开发实践的主流,但其出现并存在的意义远远大于其自身的意义。反返贫困既要从返贫困结果上反返贫困,又要从返贫困源头上反返贫困,实现反返贫困从治标到治本的根本性转变。The return of poverty, which is a complicated problem, is the most striking contradiction in practicing anti-poverty in the countryside areas and has become the main contents facing a new stage. Though it is not the main stream but its significance of existing is of great importance. It is necessary to take into consideration both its results and its resources to fight it completely.
