摘  要:目的探讨冠心病患者血清一氧化氮(NO)活性与循环内皮细胞(CEC)计数的变化及两者的相关性。方法选取60例冠心病患者及45例健康人,抽取静脉血后用一氧化氧试剂盒测定NO活性,用Percoll密度梯度离心法计数CEC。结果:两组患者NO活性及CEC计数均有显著性差异,冠心病组NO活性明显低于对照组,而CEC 计数高于对照组,且两者呈线性负相关。结论:NO及CEC均可作为冠心病患者内皮细胞损伤程度的标志物。Object: To discuss the variation and correlation between nitrous oxide activity and the count of circulation endothelial cells in coronary heart disease patients. Methods: "Sample 60 coronary heart disease patients and 45 controls, extract vein blood and use nitrous oxide box to measure the activity of nitrous oxide; Count CEC with Percoll density grads centrifugal method. Rcsults: The difference of activity and CEC counts batween two groups is significant. The activity of nitrous oxide in patients is lower than in controls. The CEC counts is also higher than controls, and there is negative cotrelationship between them. Result: Both nitrous oxide and CEC counts can be a marker of the injurious degree of endothelial cells in coronary heart disease patients.
