中药循经敷贴法对豚鼠哮喘模型的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药循经敷贴法对豚鼠哮喘潜伏期的影响,以及含药血清对抗氯化乙酰胆碱(Ach)的作用。方法:①采用哮喘造模豚鼠分为中药敷贴组、模型对照组、氨茶碱注射组、氨茶碱敷贴组,治疗1周后记录哮喘潜伏时间;②体外实验中,增加1组空白对照组,观察血清直接对抗由Ach引起豚鼠体外螺旋气管条的收缩,计算收缩百分比;③采用同浓度的药物血清对抗组胺(His)。结果:中药循经敷贴法能对抗豚鼠的致敏哮喘,延长哮喘潜伏时间;具有显著对抗Ach作用,但同浓度药物血清无对抗His作用。结论:对抗Ach解痉作用是该中药循经敷贴法治疗哮喘的重要机制之一。Objective： To observe the effect of herbal penetration treatment along channel for the latent period of asthmatic attack in guinea pig and the affection of herbal containing serum against acetylcholine （Ach）. Methods： ① Guinea pigs of asthma models were divided into 4 groups, treatment group with herbal penetration along channel, control group, aminophyline injection group and amlnophyline penetration group. After one week of treatment, the latent period of asthmatic attack was recorded. ②In vitro experiment, one blank group was added to observe the direct action of serum against the spiral tracheal strip constriction induced by Aeh. The relaxation rate was calculated.③The sam concentration of serum was used to observe the action against histamnias induced constriction. Results： Herbal penetration treatment could inhibit sensitized asthma, extend the latent period of asthmatic attack. Herbal containing serum has obvious anti-acctylcholine funetion, however the same concentration of serum does not affect on anti-histamic. Conclusion： Anti-acetylcholine and relax tracheal constriction may be one of the mechanisms of herbal penetration treatment along channel for asthma.
