摘　　要：本文结合MATLAB与VC++各自的特点,应用了混合编程技术,详述了在MATLAB上建立一个图形用户界面(GUI)的方法,并以一种伪随机序列性能分析软件为实例,阐述了如何利用Mex将需要保密的核心代码编译成动态链接库,在GUI上直接调用的过程。The respective features of the MATLAB and the VC＋＋ were described in fhis paper. Making use of the mixed program technology ,the method of continuation the GUI（ graphical user interface） in the MA^B was dilated. A kind of software of pseudo-noise sequences analysis was showed as the instance, the process of how to use the Mex to compiler the code to dynamic link libraries and how to call the executable program in GUI was detailed.
