摘  要:某矿含银铅精矿氰化提银的生产中存在浸出槽冒槽和充风管堵塞的现象,致使生产不能正常进行。为此,对原有工艺和设备进行了技术改造,特别是通过对浸出浓度的有效控制及氰化钠加入点和方式的改变,使生产能正常平稳进行。近1个月的生产指标统计表明,改造后浸原银平均品位为11100 g/t,浸渣银平均品位648 g/t,银的浸出率达到了94.16%。The overflow of leaching tank and block of inflation pipe often occurred in the production of silver extracting from silver- containing lead concentrate by cyanidation in some mine, resulting in the stop of the silver extraction's production. For that, the technological transformation of original technology and equipment had been made. Especially the production can be carried through normally by effectually controlling the concentration of leaching solution and changing the place and way of adding sodium cyanide. The statistic results of production index of almost a month indicated that after the technical reformation the average silver grade of the leached concentrate was 11100g/ t,the average silver grade of the leached residue was 648 g/t, the leaching ratio of silver was 94.16%.
