急性脾破裂伤不同时间声像图特征分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨急性脾破裂伤不同时间超声检查的声像图特征。方法:将42例急性脾破裂声像图按不同检查时间分A、B二组:A组为伤后30m次~2h检查,B组为伤后2h^3h检查,并对A、B二组急性脾破裂声像图特征进行比较分析。结果:A、B两组的声像图分类构成差异有显著性意义,A组的高回声为主明显高于B组,而B组的无回声为主型明显高于A组(X2=26.45,P<0.001)。结论:急性脾破裂伤因检查时间不同声像图会有很大不同;早期以高回声为主型为多,然后向无回声为主型转变。Objective： To study the ultrasound image feature of acute splenic rupture in different times. Methods：The feature of ultrasonography in 42 cases with acute splenic rupture were analyzed and divided into two groups according to different time after injury;group A,0.5 - 2 hours after injury;group B,2 - 3 Hours after injury.Results：There was significant difference in the structure of sonographic classification between two groups. The high echoes was obviously higher in group A than in group B. While the namght echo was obviously higher in group B than in group A （x^2 = 26.45, P〈 0.001）.Conclusion：The ultrasonographic feature of acute splenic rupture would change with time.The high echoes occurs in eaily time after in jury, and then changs into the naught echose.
