常规抗心衰药物加β-阻滞剂治疗维持性血液透析病人合并心力衰竭的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨β-肾上腺素能受体阻滞剂在血透心力衰竭病人中的应用。方法:选择心力衰竭患者51例,在常规血液透析、强心、扩血管治疗基础上,加用β受体阻滞剂倍他乐克6周后,以自身对照比较治疗前后患者临床指标变化,评估其临床有效性和安全性。结果:应用倍他乐克后心力衰竭患者心功能明显改善,2周有效率为43.1%,应用6周有效率为66.7%。结论:在常规血液透析,抗心衰药物治疗基础上加用β受体阻滞剂可明显改善患者心脏功能,提高患者生存率。Objective ： To explore the use of β- receptor blockers in the treatment of heart in maintaining hemodialysis patients. Methods： 51 patients with unsais factory results of previous ordinary therapy took metoprolol during the conventional treatments with digitalis, vasodilator, and conventional dialysis o Six weeks later, the clinical indices were compared with those before the use of metoprolol, and the effectiveness and the safety were assessed.Results：After use of metoprolol, the heart functions of the patients with heart failure were improved significantly. The rate of effectiveness is 43.1% in two weeks and 66.7% in six weeks. Conclusions： Use of β - receptor based on cenventional therapy may significantly improve the heart function of the patients and increase the survival rate.
