腰椎滑脱的X线诊断分析

摘　　要：目的:进一步提高对腰椎滑脱X线诊断的认识。方法:对134例146个腰椎滑脱X线资料进行分析。结果:资料累及腰L3～L5椎体,90例(62%)累及L5椎体,12例为多发(8.2%);1度滑脱96例(66%),2度滑脱42例(29%),3度滑脱8例(5%);崩裂性滑脱70例(48%),退行性滑脱76例(52%)。结论:X线平片即可对腰椎滑脱做出明确诊断,明确其性质,还可显示椎体、椎小关节的骨质改变以及椎间盘改变的间接征象。熟悉和了解腰椎滑脱的X线检查方法和表现,及早诊断,准确分类,对临床治疗有指导意义。Objective： Further learn the X- ray diagnosis analysis for lumbar spondylolisthesis . Methods： Analyse the X- ray diagnosis documents for 146 eases of lumbar spondyloisthesis of 134 patients.Results： Olithes involve in L5 ,L4 and L5 pyramid in these documents.Among them,90 eases（62% ）involve in L5 pyramid, 12 cases（8.2% ）are multiple olithes;And 96 ceses（66%）are one degree olithes,42 cases（29%）are two degree,8 eases（5%） are three degree; And 70 cases（48%）are broken olithes,76 cases（52%） are degenerative olithes. Conclusions： The certain diagnose is made to lumbar spondylolisthesis by X - ray plat film, and bone change of pyramid or intervertebral facet joints is displayed,also the indirect symptom of intervertebral disc degeneration is displayed.Studying the X- ray methods of lumbar spondylolisthesis can diagnose earlier for this disease,and can classify exactly,and clinical cure this relative disease.
