摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术(laparoscopicmyomectomy,LM)的安全性、可靠性。方法:主要分四个步骤进行:切开子宫肌层直到肌瘤的假包膜,剔除肌瘤,缝合子宫切口,最后取出肌瘤。结果:32例手术全部成功,无手术并发症。手术时间(80±36)min,出血量(90±32)ml。结论:腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术具有安全可靠的特点,但术者必须具备腹腔镜下娴熟的缝合技术。Objective： To study security and re.liability of laparoscopic myomectomy . Methods： Them are four main step; Cut the womb muscular layer tin the false envelope of the myoma is exposed.the myoma, suture the womb cut and finally take away the myoma. Results： 32 eases were totally succeeded, No combinations were found. The time of surgery is （80±36）min and hemorrhagic quantum is（90±32）ml, Conclusions ：Laparoscopic myomectomy is characterized by salty and reliabillty.The operators must master experienced sewing technique.
